Routine maintenance including bearing replacement and gearbox overhauls make up a large portion of our business. We regularly carry out chain and sprocket replacements, shaft replacement and repair and laser alignment on a variety of machinery, including food & catering industry equipment.

Shaft Repair & Reclamation
We are able to restore damaged shafts to their original dimensions and tolerances, which offers economical and fast turnaround compared to remanufacturing.
Damaged bearings seats, seal areas and keyways can quickly be rectified.
Utilising arc welding, cold welding or sleeve techniques, each shaft is individually assessed and the most cost-effective, reliable repair method chosen.
Our cold welding techniques utilise flame spray equipment from world leaders Castolin Eutectic.
Thread Repair
We offer a wide range of thread repair techniques on external and internal threads of all sizes.
Common ISO Metric sizes of Helicoil™ and Timeserts™ are kept in stock, along with a large variety of BSW, BSF, BA, UNF & UNC.
We can also carry out thread chasing to repair damaged external threads that can be reclaimed.
Completely worn threads can be built up with weld or braze metal and then re-machined to original tolerances.
Electromechanical Repair & Motor Rewinding
With our local partners we have the capability to repair a huge variety electrical equipment which also includes motor rewinding.
General Workshop Capabilities
Workshop equipment includes a 30 ton hydraulic press, hydraulic pullers up to 10 ton along with bearing heating and liquid nitrogen shrinking facilities.
Parts cleaning is carried out in-house using hot washers & ultrasonic baths.
We also have equipment to dismantle stuck or frozen shafts, bearings and other rotating components and pins which include exothermic lancing and endothermic shrinking methods.
